Job Description:  

Stonefield Home and Ranchwood Contractors operates a facility located in Los Banos, CA that will encompass 15+ Trucks and other heavy equipment for construction and agriculture operations throughout the local and regional surrounding areas.  Our organization is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to coordinate the logistics process for our operations in ensuring the accuracy and traceability of incoming/outgoing loads of materials and maintain efficient truck dispatching protocols.


Position is Full-Time, 40+ hours/week

Schedule:  Monday - Friday

Bilingual Preferred

Salary - $85,000/yr w/ Benefits


Truck Dispatcher Essential Functions:

  • Oversee 15+ Trucks
  • Schedule and Dispatch drivers daily for pick-ups and deliveries
  • Monitor truck repairs and maintenance schedules for all trucks
  • Prepare daily schedules and communicate with supervisor and vendors regarding freight details and assigned schedules
  • Potentially other shop supervision duties as assigned
  • Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and maintain contact with drivers throughout the day
  • Monitor accuracy of load intervals per location while dispatching drivers accordingly
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in fast paced environment
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, problem solve and adapt to change in real time
  • Work closely with Supervisor on any cost quote requests and scheduling
  • Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently as well as with team members
  • Answer high volume supervisor and driver calls with professionalism and confidence
  • Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills via phone, text, email
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and/or weekends
  • General knowledge of trucking / construction industry (preferred)
  • Class A Commercial Driver’s License (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred) – English/Spanish**
  • High School graduate or equivalent
