COMMERCIAL ROUTE FLEET PARTS MANAGEMENT

The Commercial Route Fleet Parts Manager manages purchasing, inventory control, directs the daily operations of personnel engaged in receiving and distributing rubbish truck parts and supplies and disbursement of parts. 

Wages are dependent upon experience. 

Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, and overtime is a requirement.

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure the operations of the parts department are performing sufficiently to meet the needs of our fleet of rubbish trucks.

Manages purchasing of parts, ensuring there is sufficient inventory of parts to ensure we can meet our customer’s needs.

Distributes various parts and supplies throughout the company.

Maintain reports and records for accounting purposes


Experience

Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Heavy lifting (50 lbs), twisting, bending, standing, use of both hands and arms.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays and overtime is required.

Experience

Prior Experience in Commercial Fleet Parts Department desired, experience in Management preferred.
