Business Analyst (F/T): Design & ensure proper use of forms/reports/ budgets/procedures or equipment according to org policy & prepare ops & procedures manuals to assist mgmt; Communicate w/ personnel to ensure functioning of implemented procedures; Provide strategic analysis & support for the Annual Budget & Planning review; Analyze budget submissions, provides written recs to CEO on reqs for improvement & reductions; Coordinate prep & dev monthly & quarterly fin reporting & dev explanations of variances between budgeted & actual revenues & expenditures; Evaluate dept revenue & expenditure estimates & make necessary changes; Provide strategic vision & leadership for growing business; Work w/ CEO to create/plan strategies to enhance revenue & customer satisfaction; Conduct on-site observations to ascertain unit functions, work performed, service quality standards, merchandising, sanitization, maintenance of equipment & staff safety practices; Create incentive programs.
